We stand by our products and want you to be delighted with them too. However, if you are dissatisfied with any item/s, we want to quickly correct the problem. Returns are therefore accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@crystalorbit.shop prior to returning your item so that we can discuss replacement or refund options.

Do I need to use the original packaging for my return?

Where possible please reuse the original packaging to save on the environmental impact of packaging waste.

 

What condition is acceptable for returned goods?

As I am sure you can expect, as a small business we are keen to keep costs low in order to stay in business. As such your returned item/s need to be in the original condition, complete with tags/labels etc and ready to be able to resell should we see it appropriate to do so.

 

How long will my refund/replacement take to get to me?

Refunds of monies or replacement items will be sent to you within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (unless we have communicated otherwise with you) however, please be away that some payment methods/banks/credit cards may take longer to process the refund.

 

Do I need to pay for the return process?

As a small business, we cannot afford to cover the costs of returning items at this point (who knows what the future holds!). Therefore, we ask that customers wishing to return items do so at their own cost. We do not however charge any return admin fees.

 

What if the goods arrive damaged?

Of course, if you believe your item has arrived damaged or the wrong item has been sent please do email us at hello@crystalorbit.shop and we will of course discuss the best next steps with you and cover any costs incurred should we require you to return the item/s.
